about a relaxing Happy Hour with wine and cheese where you learn a new
method to make your average bottle of wine taste better, or your good bottle
taste great!
The
Olympic Peninsula Enological Society invites you to participate in
evaluating a wine tasting secret. Join
us for wine, cheese, tasting, talk and a touch of theatre.
This
informal fun event will be held January 29, 2012 at 4
PM
at the Olympic Theatre Arts venue. The
cost is $20.

and wine tours at a reasonable cost

Matching fine food with appropriate wine

Rating wines and publishing reviews
§ Supporting winemaking and hospitality
industry efforts on the Olympic Peninsula

Together, we are developing a program of regular monthly wine tasting events
and dinners conducted for members from the Olympic peninsula and beyond.
All events are designed for the enjoyment of all levels
of wine appreciation-from beginners to experts
-"high standards without snobbery!"
Current annual dues: couples $42; singles $24
All members are encouraged to participate in all
aspects of the society's activities and organization.
Bylaws and a governing board are established under the charter of the
Northwest Enological Society. (Chapters in Seattle, Yakima,
Tri-cities and other locations across the state.)
